Earthwork (manual and Mechanical) occupational safety operation instructions (I)

1 purpose: to ensure the safety of Subgrade Earthwork construction personnel, ensure the safety of mechanical construction and prevent accidents; At the same time, optimize the construction environment, maintain the surrounding environment, and ensure the health and safety of employees

2 scope of application: applicable to safe operation and environmental protection of Subgrade Earthwork construction

4 specific requirements:

4.1 manual earthwork excavation must comply with the following provisions:

(1) sufficient safety distance must be maintained between the operators of earthwork excavation; The horizontal spacing shall not be less than 2m. The longitudinal spacing shall not be less than 3m

(2) the excavation of earthwork must be carried out from top to bottom, and the operation method of hollowing out the footing is strictly prohibited according to the ideas discussed

4.2 when excavating near buildings, equipment foundations, electric poles and various scaffolds, safety protection measures must be taken

4.3 construction at high and steep slopes must comply with the following provisions:

(1) operators must wear safety belts

(2) in case of groundwater gushing out during slope excavation, drainage shall be carried out before excavation

(3) the excavation work shall be staggered with the loading and unloading work surface, and it is strictly prohibited to work up and down

(4) warning signs shall be set up on the roads below the spoil and within the danger range of rolling stones. It is strictly prohibited to pass under the slope during operation

(5) the operators on the slope must remove the loose soil and stones in time; It is forbidden to work, rest and store machines and tools under dangerous rocks

4.4 for sections with poor geological conditions with retaining works, retaining works shall be built in sections while considering section excavation

4.5 if there are signs of sliding and collapse of the mountain during the construction, which may endanger the construction safety, the construction shall be suspended, the personnel and machines and tools shall be withdrawn and reported to the superior for treatment

4.6 the excavation of landslide section should be carried out from the first reaction of many people, that is, from both sides of the environmental pollution body to the middle, from top to bottom. It is strictly prohibited to excavate in a comprehensive way. Spoil shall not be stacked in the main sliding area. The excavation of retaining wall foundation trench shall also be carried out from both sides of the landslide to the middle section, and the support shall be strengthened. The wall back shall be built and backfilled in time. Special personnel shall be assigned to observe the construction to prevent collapse

4.7 in the construction of rockfall and rock pile sections, dangerous rocks shall be cleared and interception facilities shall be set before excavation. The slope of the excavation surface shall be carried out according to the design. Loose rocks on the slope surface shall be removed while excavation

4.8 during construction in karst areas, the gushing of karst water shall be carefully handled to avoid sudden collapse. Necessary preventive measures shall be taken for construction in muddy areas to avoid sinking of people and machines. The excavated waste soil shall be stacked in a suitable place to prevent man-made debris flow in flood season

4.9 the power line of the electric frog rammer must be intact, and the leakage protector should be installed. Insulating gloves shall be worn during operation. One person shall operate and one person shall support the cable for assistance. The auxiliary and operating personnel must cooperate closely. It is strictly forbidden to throw cables and pull the back line in front of the rammer. The cable shall not be twisted or twisted, nor shall it be rammed to the power line, nor shall it be rammed on the slope. The development and quality improvement of functional fiber materials, the industrialization of bio based chemical fibers, the industrialization of high-performance fibers and the serialization of products shall be cut off when the tamping machine is stopped or transported

4.10 before large machinery enters the site, it is necessary to check whether the clear width and bearing capacity of the roads and bridges are sufficient, otherwise it is necessary to widen and reinforce them first

4.11 the construction unit shall provide temporary machine shed or parking place for mobilized machinery. When the machine is started in the shutdown shed, ventilation must be maintained, fireworks are strictly prohibited in the shed, and the mechanical personnel must master the use of the fire-fighting equipment

4.15 auxiliary works such as bottom cleaning, leveling and slope repair in cooperation with mechanical operation shall be carried out alternately with mechanical operation. Personnel on and off the aircraft must cooperate closely and work cooperatively. When the auxiliary work must be carried out at the same time within the scope of mechanical operation, the auxiliary personnel can only enter after the mechanical operation is stopped

4.16 in case of unstable soil mass, collapse, sudden rise of water level, flash flood or blasting signal heard in the blasting warning area during construction, stop work immediately and evacuate the man-machine to a safe place. In case of traffic jam at the work site, hidden vehicles (machines) on the ground, slipping of machinery operation road, damage and failure of protective facilities, or insufficient work surface to ensure safe operation, the construction shall also be suspended, and the construction can be continued only after it is restored to normal
