If the quality of the printing materials is poor, they can be returned at any time. However, most of the time, the ink is not of poor quality, but there is too much left, especially the spot color ink. It is a pity that these left ink are discarded, and the reuse rate is not high, which is easy to cause backlog and waste. How to effectively manage the ink and control the ink surplus is a problem that many color printing plants have to face

it is better not to have more than three ink suppliers. Different brands of ink cannot be blended to avoid waste of ink; Some color printing manufacturers may hold the mentality of occupying the funds of ink suppliers, but enterprises should be based on good faith. The primary color inks produced by different ink suppliers also have certain differences in hue. When selecting an ink factory, explain to the supplier what the primary color of most of our factory is biased. 1. For example, the primary color red can be divided into blue and yellow, so as to ensure the consistency of primary color inks as much as possible to ensure the consistency of hues in printing quality, When confirming the proofing of new order printing, try to use primary color ink. Do not dilute the primary color red by 20% and the primary color yellow by 30%, and add some dark blue to the primary color blue, which makes it almost all spot colors, making it necessary to change almost every ink of every product printed. If the customer wants to print the signature sample with this ink, he will have to adjust the ink in this way in the future, which adds a lot of trouble to the printing plant. Therefore, the first signature sample is very important, and primary color ink should be used as much as possible. In fact, color is right and wrong. Different people have different opinions. The key is to communicate well with customers. From the printing process requirements and printing costs 1: convince them. Some customers like the proofing color of the plate factory, some want the color of the color manuscript printed by the printer, and some have their own hobbies. If they blindly accommodate them, it is difficult to guarantee the printing quality. At this point, it should be explained to the customer that the quality of the printed matter depends on whether there is a knife line, whether the level transition is natural, whether the point transfer is successful, etc., rather than whether this color is poor quality, that color is good quality. Especially for new varieties, there is no need to adjust the primary color. This done, you can greatly reduce the remaining ink, ink inventory

The key to reducing waste and inventory lies in the control of good production process and the effective implementation of production system. In the process of ink color matching, pay special attention to the following requirements. First, color matching requires patience and certain technical experience. When determining the primary and secondary colors at the beginning, do not rush to start deployment. Carefully observe and analyze the printing samples to determine the hue of the ink used for the primary and secondary colors. Only when the main direction is confirmed can we achieve the desired spot color. Otherwise, it will still be in vain and start over. Second, in the process of color matching, we usually use a disposable plastic cup to make a small sample spot color with the reduction method to determine the proportion of color matching. We usually use the original ink, and the machine ink must be diluted. Therefore, when the color matching is in the later stage, we should dilute it with an appropriate amount of solvent and then compare the color. When determining whether the two colors are similar, we should compare the face color and the background color of the ink. Only when the two are similar, the hue of the transferred ink is more accurate. When the background color cannot be consistent, we can focus on the face color. Third, there is a big gap between scraping and printing, so when the proportion of ink mixing is basically determined, the initial proofing on the machine can accurately record the amount of ink added during color filling. After the spot color ink is determined, it is better to save the current mixing proportion. It is better to save 200g of ink sample, which can be compared with the standard sample when it is used next time. According to the amount of printing film, set a reasonable spot color amount, not too large at will, otherwise the remaining ink will be wasted too much

the ink from the printing machine must be stored separately from the original ink. The diluted ink is prone to delamination, swelling, coarsening and other abnormalities during storage. When the remaining ink is poured out of the ink tank and even has a shiny and gorgeous effect, it should be sealed and stored as soon as possible. In particular, it should be noted that the rubber sealing ring of the large mouth cover should be intact, otherwise the sealing effect will not be achieved. Then it should be sealed with tape, and the use date and specific color phase should be written. In the next printing, these inks are filtered first and then used preferentially or mixed with the original ink. On the premise of ensuring the quality, for the primary color inks, mainly in the colors with large printing batch, large inking volume and low requirements, add some old inks from time to time, so that a lot can be consumed in the long run. Spot color inks that are no longer used (not unavailable) for various reasons can be adjusted to other spot colors. Generally, light color inks are adjusted to dark color inks

when using two-component reactive inks, adhere to the principle of less dosing and frequent dosing, that is, less dosing each time, and dispensing again after a period of time, so as to reduce the amount of ink in the ink tank as much as possible. Due to the chemical effect of the remaining ink, report the input data once * the amount of reused waste will be relatively large. The method that can be adopted is to dilute the remaining ink with solvent and seal it strictly, and use it as the dilution solvent for the next printing

How to effectively implement the above-mentioned technical problems in the factory is the key: to control and digest the remaining ink as much as possible, a set of corresponding reward and punishment system must be established for the printing operators. Otherwise, it is difficult to achieve great results. Because in any case, the remaining ink is not as easy to use as the new ink, and there is no certain system supervision, the operation trade union adjusts the ink use at will, resulting in unnecessary waste. Of course, a good corporate cultural environment is also very important, but this is the result of the long-term behavior of the color printing factory
